How to choose a Weber Q Barbeque

  • Written by News Company

There are several barbeque brands in the Aussie market today, and it can be quite challenging to find the right one for you. Weber Q is a reliable, barbeque brand that comes in a wide variety of products to choose from. This article investigates the Weber barbeque special Q Series that is available.

The Weber barbeque Q Series comes in a range of portable gas barbeques designed for multiple applications. Each bbq in the range comes in a stylish design for the modern home and a unique split grill feature that combines a hot plate and grill. The Split grill supports several cooking options making it one of the most versatile portable gas barbeques in the market. The Weber Q series is categorised into three distinct ranges as listed below.

Weber Baby Q BBQ

The Baby Q is the smallest Weber bbq of the series and is best suited for picnics and small camping trips. The Baby Q model can efficiently serve a party of six people. With its compact design, it can easily fit into the boot of your car, making it a handy travel companion. Baby Q BBQs can sit stably on the ground, a table, or on a Weber foldable stand with wheels for mobility. In this range, you can choose between the Baby Q 1000 and the Baby Q 1200.

The Baby Q 1000 is the more compact of the two and is equipped with a piezo single spark igniter. The Baby Q 1200, on the other hand, comes with a precision gauge thermometer and a higher lid for larger roasts.

Weber Q Series

The Weber Q series consists of medium-sized portable gas barbeques suitable for both outdoor trips and family meals at home. The Weber Q can make roasts for up to 10 people and is light enough to carry along for camping trips and picnics.

The Weber Q series consists of the Weber Q 2000, the Weber Q 2200. Both models are robust and can stand on a table, a foldable Weber stand, or a Weber patio cart. However, the Weber Q 2200 is equipped with a precision thermometer and bigger lid to allow for larger roasts than the Weber Q 2000.

Weber Family Q

The Weber Family Q is the third and largest model in the series. The Family Q is excellent for entertaining several guests and is comparable in size with a standard four-burner BBQ. Moreover, the family Q comes with a two-burner system that gives you a choice between barbequing and roasting.

There are two main Weber Family Q barbeque models, the Weber Family Q 3100 and 3200. The 3100 is the basic model while the 3200 comes with a high lid fitted with a precision gauge thermometer. The extra space in the 3200 means you can easily roast a 6 Kg Turkey in it.

Finding the perfect barbeque for you is not an easy task; however, the Weber Q series come with instructional DVDs to help you make the most of your new grill. Moreover, in Australia, Weber products are only sold by selected specialised dealers who can assure you of quality service.
