Do you ever feel like your curly hair is unmanageable, unbearable, frizzy and unruly? It may be because the products on the market today are either too tough for your hair, not the most compatible ingredients for your hair type or it may be a product that you are not familiar with and are unsure the correct methods of application.

Easy ways to bring out natural curls without breaking the budget include:

- coconut oil: this is a natural strengthening and smoothing agent which heals and adds definition to any kind of curl. Simply add half a teaspoon in the palm of your hands, rub your palms together to create an even distribution then scrunch from the tips upward. This also enhances moisture and smoothens out tangles!

- macadamia oil: Assists with breakage and dry brittle ends. If your hair is fine you want to apply very small potions In an even distribution. This will help with hair growth.

- Castor oil: is a very popular oil to define curl, detangle and add additional density as castor oil is known to have hair growth effects. Castor oil is great to define your curls. Simply add a tiny ten cent piece into your palms and twist in your hair.

- Leave in hair treatments: I strongly recommend the "Nak aromas" hair treatment oil, "Nak leave in moisturiser" and the "all In one hair treatment". These products are all leave in hair treatments and are exceptionally easy to use. Apply a ten cent piece and evenly distribute product using a twisting motion from the ears down. Never apply near the roots as it will make your scalp too oily.
