Sydney's premier entertainment destination, The Star, will ring in the New Year in style with an unbeatable line up of fine food and nightlife across the precinct.

Music will take centre stage with an impressive line-up of talent – international DJ Dash Berlin will raise the roof in Marquee nightclub while Aussie hip hop artist Daniel Merriweather takes revellers back to the 90s in Rock Lily, and Cherry Bar travels back in time for a grand night of Great Gatsby inspired decadence.

Foodies will indulge in one of the three delectable dinners at The Star's signature restaurants, Sokyo, BLACK by ezard and Osteria Balla Manfredi, while taking in views of Sydney's internationally renowned firework displays.

Marquee

Dutch superstar DJ Dash Berlin takes over Marquee on NYE for one of the biggest parties the renowned nightclub has seen yet. Dance your way into 2016 with beats from the man behind some of the biggest noughties anthems and exceptional views of  Sydney Harbour. Tickets include a sparkling midnight toast, express entry to Marquee all night and personalised photograph on arrival.

Live it up in 2016 and splash out on Marquee's world famous VIP experience with a VIP table reservation. Cherry

Travel back in time for a night of vintage glamour at one of Sydney's hottest cocktail bars with a Great Gatsby themed soirée. Enjoy a live band, burlesque performances, gourmet canapés and premium drinks, including a complimentary glass of Moët & Chandon champagne for the NYE countdown overlooking unbeatable views of Sydney Harbour and the city skyline. Rock Lily

Usher in 2016 with the return of 'Check Your Head' and the very best of 90s hip hop, featuring an exclusive show by Aussie hip hop legend Daniel Merriweather. Get the party started with $16 Coconut Margaritas until 10pm. Entry is free.

BLACK by ezard

Honour the year that was with a lavish evening of outstanding food, wine and premium service at BLACK by ezard, along with uninterrupted views of Sydney Harbour Bridge. Choose from the early sitting at 5.30pm-8pm for a five-course meal with matching wines for $150pp ($250pp with premium wines) or go all out with a seven-course menu with matching wines and complimentary glass of Moët & Chandon champagne on arrival for $350pp ($450pp with premium wines) from 9pm. Osteria Balla Manfredi

Settle into the chic Italian osteria-style restaurant for an indulgent journey through Stefano Manfredi's specially curated menu that is sure to finish your year with a bang. It's difficult to beat the scrumptious menu and sweeping Sydney Harbour views. Sokyo

Transport your tastebuds to Tokyo with a New Year's Eve dinner to remember at Sokyo. Sophisticated dining at its best, absorb Sokyo's inventive Japanese menu featuring more than 80 unique, hand-crafted dishes designed by Sokyo founder and executive chef, Chase Kojima.
