Captain's Choice Introduces 'Australia by Private Jet'

Luxury travel operator Captain's Choice has introduced two exciting journeys that showcase the vastness and beauty of Australia.
'Australia by Private Jet' offers two uniquely different but equally inspired aviation adventures that according to Captain's Choice Founder Phil Asker, showcase the rich, remote and deliciously diverse:
“Our latest Australia by Private Jet journeys offer an exciting opportunity to veer away from the traditional flight paths. It's an exciting travel format that showcases the three dimensional beauty of the Outback from the air, taking in Uluru, Coober Pedy and the Kimberley. Travelling aboard a privately chartered Embraer 135 Jet, one of the most reliable commercial aircrafts operating in Australia, guest will fly direct between destinations on short but supremely comfortable flights. Captain's Choice is offering two itineraries for 2016:
Outback Top End and the Kimberley
This 14 day journey departs on 6 August 2016 and travels from Sydney via Broken Hill Coober Pedy, Alice Springs, Katherine, Darwin, Berkeley River, Broome, Uluru and Birdsville. Guests stay at some of Australia's most iconic properties including Berkeley River Lodge, Cicada Lodge, Uluru's Sails in the Desert, Cable Beach Club and Resort and underground at the Desert Cave Hotel.
Highlights include an immersive cultural tour into the lives of the Jawoyn People at Nitmiluk; the option of Crocodile spotting in Kakadu; a spectacular flight over the Bungle Bungle Range; and the opportunity to catch your own barramundi which will be prepared by a chef and served for your supper.
This all inclusive luxury private jet journey departs from Sydney and is priced from $19,995 per person, twin share.
Southern Islands
Departing on 6 October 2016, guests enjoy an 11-day gourmet exploration of Flinders Island, Hobart, Strahan, King Island, Mount Gambier, Coonawarra, Kangaroo Island and Mildura that is sure to delight.
In true Captain's Choice style, guests stay at stunning properties including the Henry Jones Art Hotel in Hobart, The Barn in Mount Gambier, Southern Ocean Lodge on Kangaroo Island and The Grand Hotel in Mildura.
Highlights include Cellar Door lunches and tastings, the chance to visit Tasmania's MONA, a King Island Cheese tasting, a special dining experience with Chef Jack Ingram's 'produce to plate' style cooking at Southern Ocean Lodge and a journey aboard a paddle steamer along the Murray River to reach Trentham Estate winery.
